This paper aims to reveal the impact of the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution on developing technical education and vocational training in order to meet the challenges facing Omani youth in the labor market.

The paper presented the most important challenges facing Omani youth in the labor market, then it touched on technical education and vocational training in the Sultanate Oman, and after that the paper discussed the techniques of the fourth industrial revolution that can contribute to the development of technical education and vocational training represented in augmented and virtual reality, the Internet of Things, blockchain, and 3D printing.
