The study examines models of carriages' illustrations in the manuscript of the Surnama of Murad III dated 990 AH / 1582 AD, and preserved in the Museum of Tobakabi Saray under No.

1344, in the era of Sultan Murad III (982 AH / 1574 AD -1003 AH / 1595 AD).

This manuscript was known as the "Book of Celebrations", which is the first book that depicts the circumcision parties that the Ottomans gave great attention to, as it displays the celebrations for the circumcision of Prince Muhammad ibn Sultan Murad III, which lasted about 52 days and nights.

Among the most important ceremonies of the celebration is where the craftsmen were interested in presenting their merchandise in front of the Sultan and those present in a proper way to be an advertisement for their products using carriages belonging to each sect.
