The research presents the provisions related to the dowry confirmations, through two searches, and a conclusion
The first section deals with the definition of the dowry in the language and Sharia, and evidence of its proof, through three demands.

The second topic was devoted to the dowry assertions, and this was discussed through three demands:
The first demand of them: In solitude, deals with three branches: definition of language, and Sharia, and the sayings of scholars therein.

The second requirement: in the real entry, and deals in two main branches: to be the real entry, and evidence of the confirmation of dowry.

The third demand: in death, deals with three branches: evidence to confirm the dowry death, and the scholars say whether the woman killed herself, or her husband.

Then comes the conclusion to record at the end of the search summary and the most important points reached.

 
 
They are as follows:
1 - the unanimity of the need for the dowry of the wife to her husband.

2-weighting that the right retreat decides dowry and confirm to women.

3-The real entry of the wife is certain of the full dowry.

4-the occurrence of death of one of the spouses decision of the full dowry provided that does not have one of the income in it
5-Weighting the entitlement of women to the dowry if she killed herself attached to the right of the heirs dowry.

6-likely to fall the right of women in the dowry if you kill her husband, so as not to be an excuse to kill women for men.
