Abstract EN

The research has began with an introduction containing the layout of dissertation and its importance then, I have treated the subject matter through three chapters.

In chapter one, I have defined abortion in a linguistic, religious and medical sense and I have mentioned its types, methods, causes and harms.

But in chapter two, I have handled the provision on abortion in case it is without an excuse before or after the first trimester and I have shown the religious provision for that mentioning the speech of jurists, their evidence and discussions taking the side prevailing through the evidence.
