دلالة الأمر بعد الحظر و أثره في اختلاف الفقهاء

Abstract EN

In this research a clarify about the ' commandments after forbiddness' and its role in the Islamic thought, while there are differences between the schools of opinions, some of them says the commandments comes after forbiddness is (wajib), some says it is (mubah), some did not give his opinion, others expand the opinion, and some says the commandments return it as before forbiddness which the researcher says it is the right opinion and proof it with many proofs.

Then the researcher explains some problems depends on the same previous essue as companying husband to his wife to piligremage, eating (adhah's) meat, carrying weapons in frightening prayer, and making love with wife after the period's time.
