Abstract EN

The research deals with the subject of the hand in which it expresses the possession and acquisition of the object.

The hand is divided in Islamic jurisprudence into the honesty hand and the warranty hand, each has its own standard and a judgment, according to the origin, the Honesty hand does not bear the responsibility for the loss of the money below it, unless it goes further or exceeds it, and the warranty hand shall be fined for any damage caused by the money, whatever the cause of its loss.
