Summary: The study examined the definition of child marriage internationally, the reality of child marriage in some countries of the world, and that there are factors and reasons imposed on families to marry their daughters.

Poverty is the elimination of the girl's material responsibility, protecting the honor of the girl and the family, customs and traditions, Protection against delinquency, armed conflict, the drop out of girls from school and their ence from education, and the idea of marriage and marriage in the minds of adolescents.

The study examined the effects of child marriage, the denial of rights, the impact on the health of the girl and her future and her family, Leah, and the difficulties during the sexual relationship between the two parties, and blur the social identity of the child, and the feeling of slavery, increased caesarean section due to births obstructed, and increased risk of low self-esteem, consider child marriage a form of forced marriage and bonded, and denial of the completion of education.

International conventions and conferences have a position on child marriage.

In the first phase of the development of international legislation, States were required to limit the age of marriage to their marriage, determine the age of marriage and consider marriage before the age of 18 to be an assault on childhood.

The World Conference on the Review and Appraisal of the Achievements of the United Nations on Women, Development and Peace (Nairobi 1985), the International Conference on Population and Development (Cairo 1994) and the Fourth World Conference on Women (Beijing 1995) Of the marriage of children.

There are, however, obstacles in implementing the provisions of the conventions and conventions on child marriage, namely, the reservation, delaying the ratification of the Convention and delaying the promulgation of the relevant laws.

International organizations and civil society organizations have roles in reducing child marriage, such as the United Nations General Assembly, UNICEF, the United Nations Population Fund, the Human Rights Council, the World Health Organization and the African Union.
