The current study aimed at explaining the legal adaptation of the genetic fingerprint to reach the legal ruling and the appropriate weighting in the matter of establishing the lineage and denying its use, and that was by referring to the competent sources and presenting the different statements and mentioning the discussions on them as we touched on the origins and features of the genetic fingerprint and the conditions of its work and its applications, and a statement How authentic.

From what we concluded at the end of this study that it is permissible to rely on it in the matter of proving lineage in cases specified by Sharia, and with the support of most contemporary jurists so that the footprint amounts to the rank of qiyyafah, with evidence of lineage and negation known in Islamic jurisprudence since the era of the message, and the introduction to qiyyafah also provided to Genetic footprint.
