ظهر في الآونة الأخيرة تأثيرا كبيرا للبرمجيات الحديثة و الآلات التى تدعم في تقنيات تشغيلها نظم الذكاء الإصطناعى في مجال الصناعة و الإنتاج و أصبح لأجهزة الحاسب الآلي و البرامج و الخوارزمات التى تعمل من خلالها دورا فاعلا في تبسيط الحياة اليومية للمستخدمين و من المؤكد أن التطورات التقنية الجديدة سيكون لها تأثيرا مباشرا على سوق العمل العالمي خلال السنوات القليلة المقبلة و لن يكون التأثير مقتصرا فقط على الوظائف الصناعية و لكن على جوهر المهام البشرية في كافة قطاعات العمل.

لذلك كان من الأهمية إدراك و التكيف و التعامل مع المتغيرات الطارئة على العملية الإنتاجية بكل مكوناتها (إقتصاديا - تشريعيا - مراحل إنتاج - بيئة العمل - أفراد و إداريون و عمال -.

الخ) بهدف مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية العالمية و بخاصة في العمليات الإنتاجية و الإنتقال الآمن من الوضع الحالى إلى الإستفادة من المستجدات الناتجة عن الثورة الصناعية الرابعة دون الوقوع في عزلة دولية و إجتماعية.

ومن ذلك هدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية و تعظيم دور مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية العالمية و بخاصة في العمليات الإنتاجية و الإنتقال الآمن من الوضع الحالى إلى الإستفادة من المستجدات الناتجة عن الثورة الصناعية الرابعة متبعا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلى و ذلك من خلال جمع المعلومات و تحليلها و استنباطها بهدف تحقيق هدف البحث.

حيث تم تناول مفهوم مصطلح عصر الآلة الثانى "انترنت الأشياء - الثورة الصناعية الرابعة" من خلال التناول التاريخى لكل من الثورات الصناعية الأولى و الثانية و الثالثة و أهم ما قامت عليه و السمات المميزة لكل منها ثم إنتقل البحث إلى سرد أهم التعديلات التى يجب أن تتم على النظم الحالية لإدراج تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة.

كما تم تناول بعض الأمثلة للتطبيقات التى تبرهن على أن الثورة الصناعية الرابعة قد دخلت بالفعل حيز التطبيق.

English Abstract

In recent times, there has been a great influence of modern software and machines that support the technologies of operating artificial intelligence systems, in the field of industry and production, and computers, programs and algorithms through which they operate have an effective role in simplifying the daily life of users, and it is certain that new technical developments will have an impact.

Directly on the global labor market during the next few years, and the impact will not be limited to industrial jobs but on the core of human tasks in all work sectors.

Therefore, it was important to recognize, adapt and deal with the changes in the production process with all its components (economic - legislative - stages of production - work environment - individuals, administrators, workers -.
