This study aims mainly to determine the relationship between oil prices and budget balance in Algeria as a standard during the period from 1990 until 2018, and also the solutions that we can address the budget deficit, to achieve this goal we used the descriptive and analytical method in the theoretical side, and curriculum case study on the standard side, The results concluded that the optimal model for the impact of oil price fluctuations on the balance of the public budget is the self-regression beam model VAR (1), and the process of creating permanent financial resources outside the hydrocarbon sector is an urgent necessity and the biggest challenge facing the state to confront this deficit Through Diversification of the national economy.
