The support policy adopted by the state and the advantages that provides to citizens is burdensome to the general budget of the state and the national economy in general due to the spread of the phenomenon of smuggling and the undeserved support for citizens and foreigners.

Therefore, we try to shed light on the subject by diagnosing the phenomenon and to find out the pros and cons of new alternatives or models of support based on the successful experiences of other countries in order to reach support for the beneficiaries and reduce the burden of the state.
