The family has a great importance in the life of the individual community.

For this reason, God Almighty mentioned it in several chapters of the Noble Qur'an, and among these suras: Surat Al-Baqara, the Surah of Al-Baqara, in which the family's rulings are mentioned, and from this standpoint it touched upon this research; this Surah included several provisions; Legislative provisions: In beliefs, acts of worship, transactions and ethics, in matters of marriage, divorce, and several, and other legal provisions, for example: “provisions for fasting, provisions for Hajj and Umrah, provisions for jihad in the cause of God, family affairs and related matters, from marriage Divorce, breastfeeding, and iddah prohibiting corporate marriage And warning against women having sexual intercourse in the event of menstruation, and other rulings, such as the prohibition of usury, because the sacrifice of the cow contains most of the provisions of Islamic legislation.
