Abstract EN

This research aimed at enriching the Islamic library by achieving a book of Islamic heritage.

And the production of this precious manuscript for science students in the best suit, so that the benefit of researchers and students of science.

As my research in the Masters stage was a subject, I liked to enter in the field of manuscript realization, so that I combine the two good, and gained the appropriate experience in the two fields, and be a catalyst and help me to conduct the two ways in the future new and useful.

May Allah be pleased to find one of these treasures, a manuscript in the principles of jurisprudence entitled "Facts of assets" by Sheikh Hassan bin Hussein bin Mohammed Alalmshi, and in this research I will investigate the door of the year The way to produce this manuscript properly benefit everyone who read it.
