and traditions (asar) on the Prescription and Prohibition of Iqʻāʼ, examining them in light of the Science of Hadith, distinguishing the authentic and unauthentic hadiths and discussing those among them which seem to contradict each other.

The researcher mentioned the different 'forms' of Iqʻāʼ in the collected hadiths, distinguishing those which there is an agreement about prohibiting them from those which are controversial.

He then mentioned the various opinions of Muslim scholars on Iqʻāʼ and its 'forms', discussing the evidence they proposed and exerting his own efforts to arrive at the most reliable opinion among them.

The study ends with pictures of the sixth forms of Iqʻāʼ, a conclusion and a bibliography.
