The issue of the interceptor hand in Islamic jurisprudence, its meaning is the entry of the stolen into the possession of someone other than the one who took it out of the custody.

The intercepted hand is the hand of theft, but its action is separate from the act of taking from the custody that is the cause of cutting, so (intercepted hand) is a term given to the second person who His hand reached to the belongings that the first person had stolen.
