Abstract EN

This is a study of some of the origins of freedom deduced from jurisprudence.

It becomes clear to the overseer in the provisions of Islamic Sharia that every legal ruling, whether that ruling is a duty assigned to God Almighty by a person or a right that God Almighty entrusted to the servant, must be based on the foundations and motives that require the legitimacy of this provision, and these provisions are always accompanied by precedents and complementaries that are clear and complete with the purposes Ruling, prayer is obligatory worship for every Muslim preceded by a call to believe in God Almighty and recognition for him of the right to worship, and followed by changing behavior and avoiding evil, as God Almighty says:  iina alsalat tanhaa ean alfahsha' walmunkar , Meaning: (The prayer is forbidden by obscenity and denial) and this rule applies to all other provisions.

Islam is an integrated unit that leads to one another, and can only be understood as a whole, not separated from one another.

There is no doubt that freedom has foundations and principles, and this is what we are trying to understand and search for in this research by presenting some of the origins of freedom deduced from the rules of jurisprudence.

The researcher has followed in this research the analytical method and the comparison method, as the inductive method was used to extrapolate and follow Sharia texts from the book and the Sunnah regarding the subject of the research.
