Abstract EN

The present study aimed at detecting the level of job satisfaction among nurses under the variable of seniority.

The researchers used the descriptive statistical method.

The sample of the study consisted of 225 nurses working in the public health institutions in wilaya of Mostaganem (128 males and 97 females) who were taken randomly, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of job satisfaction of nurses (prepared by researchers) was used and the study concluded the following results: - Nurses working in public health institutions have a low level of job satisfaction.

-There are statistically significant differences in the job satisfaction of nurses working in public health institutions according to the professional seniority variable.
