The technological development around the globe and the scientific revolution in the transmission of information across electronic systems have changed the concept of proof, with the resulting creation of electronic rights and obligations, leading us to prove electronic transactions.

The most common transactions are now conducted through the field of informatics because the Internet has become easy to deal with, and the electronic editor is a tool to prove these transactions by electronic writing, and the forms that are now being produced are the extent of the electronic editor's problem, especially in case of a dispute between the electronic editor and the customary editor.
