As; The construction of mosques depends on the permission of the guardian, represented in the Director of Religious Affairs and Endowments at the local level, whether the builder is a natural or legal person, and subjecting them to the restrictions that the law requires for the buildings prescribed in the general rules, such as the reconstruction certificate and the building permit, in addition to the conditions established in the general rules for building mosques, conditions Especially in the southern regions, in proportion to the conditions, nature and peculiarity of the region.
