Abstract EN

This research paper aims to study the investment sector and its economic dimensions in the Sultanate of Oman, as it highlights the importance of the investment sector and its components, as well as the impact of this sector on the economic life in general.

In addition, the study sheds light on the investment components and advantages in Oman, focusing on the role of the investment sector in Oman in all its aspects.

The study is divided into a number of sections.

In the introduction section the researcher reviews the importance of study, objectives of study, research problem and hypotheses.

The first section discusses the theoretical framework on investment.

The second section throws light on the economic development in Oman and its relationship to investment.

The third section focuses on the initial indicators of the investment sector in Oman in addition to an analysis of the results of the samples included in the study, which are divided into the general orientation of investors on the one hand, and the preliminary indicators of the investment sector in Oman on the other hand.
