Political stability is a concept that is difficult to define and is part of the complex concepts.

It is characterized by its ambiguity and that is due to its normativeness.

A factor that can help some countries establish their political stability may be an obvious reason for chaos and instability in other countries.

Cultural and ethnic diversity instead of variety is a cause of strength and stability of certain countries and yet it can be a source of fragility and instability in others.

This study is interested in one of the successful models that was able to maintain political stability on the ground and that is the Republic of Rwanda.

This country knew how to establish political stability by the good, rational governance of all ethnic and cultural variables.

It was able to transform this variety from a source of fragility and disintegration to a source of strength and unity despite the fact that this country suffered from genocide, murder and crimes of all sorts, it is now endowed with unity, stability and development.
