That what has necessitated the international judicial cooperation to reduce crime and fighting it through the mechanism of extradition, which is to renounce a State a person on its territory to another State at its request to be tried for crimes attributed to him or for the execution of a judgment issued by her courts.

Which we have tried to determine by analyzing the objective criteria of extradition and the legislation relating to international judicial cooperation agreements.
