Law No.

19-13 related to hydrocarbons activities included the stipulation of several administrative licenses, through which it aims to control activities in the hydrocarbons field, and these licenses are issued by many bodies and authorities such as the Minister of Hydrocarbons and the two fuel agencies.

The law also included stipulating the possibility of withdrawing these licenses by the authorities that granted them in the event that the authorities exercising economic activities in the field of hydrocarbons do not respect the conditions in the light of which the licenses were granted.
