Abstract EN

In this study, I dealt with Sudanese laws issued after the fall of the thirtieth of June regime , Constitutional Document of 2019 and the law that emerged the Empowerment Removal Act of 2019, And to compare the provisions of this law with the constitutional document and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights , It also dealt with the legitimacy of imprisoning leaders of the previous regime and confiscating their money in accordance with the provisions of the constitutional document and the law of Empowerment Removal Act And the extent of the approval of the articles of the law of the International Covenant on Civil and Military Rights.
