The right to private life is considered a sacred right, wich has received widespread attention among jurists, and all positive legislation has sought to determine a set of legal provisions that aim to preserve it, as it is a human right and does not dare to violate it and violate it.

This right has recently become, after the proliferation of the internet in particular, and the information networks in general, subject to any violations affecting it.
