In this research paper, I discussed crimes of infringement of archaeological properties and the archaeological environment and the failure to notify the archaeological guard of the disappearance of antiquities, As crimes are not well known and unknown, and unveil the most serious crimes aimed at killing history, which has become increasingly recent, smuggling and theft of antiquities.

The elements of these crimes have been clarified and commented for their assessed punishment, proposing that the latter be removed from breach (contravention) to misdemeanor In the crime of infringing on the archaeological property and the archaeological environment, and that the maximum penalty for the crimes in question be increased to at least the value of the antiquity in question.

The encroachment on antiquities is an assault on history, identity and culture, and its loss of part of the identity, history and culture of the Algerian people.

The study was divided into two sections: The definition of study terms, and the elements of crimes against archaeological property and the archaeological environment and the non-reporting of the disappearance of antiquities.
