يكتسي النقل البحري أهمية كبيرة في حياة الشعوب و الأمم ذلك أن عملية نقل مختلف البضائع في العالم و المتاجرة بها يتم عن طريق البحروقد دأبت الدول على تطويره باعتباره مصدر هام للثروة من خلال عقد الكثير من الاتفاقيات و المعاهدات اخرها معاهدة روتردام و لكثرة المخاطر التي تواجه الرحلة البحرية تم التفكير في ايجاد طريقة تسمح بتعويض الخسائر في حال وقوع حادث ما و هو ما اوصت به معاهدة روتردام و هو ما تجسد في التأمين البحري
Abstract EN
Maritime transports have a great importance in the lives of peoples and nations.
The process of transporting the various goods in the world is transported and traded by sea.
Countries have developed it as an important source of wealth through the conclusion of many treaties and treaties, most recently the Rotterdam Convention.
The risks facing this cruise were to find a way to compensate for losses in the event of an accident, and therefore there is no better than marine insurance.
