The aim of the jurisprudence is not only to know and preserve the Shari'a, but also to applying it,which is the process of dropping the Shariah rulings on the facts, in the sense of the practical applicationof that ruling.

This is the fruit of real jurisprudence.

Sharia provisions, which is covered by the letter of assignment, and is replaced mandated that applying.

Al-Qaradawi was interested in reforming the purposes of the jurists and talked about the sincerity of the intention and the integrity of the intent of God.
