This research paper deals with the life cycle of public private partnership projects comparing the French and British model as successful experiences, and reaching the basic stages to evaluate the way to conclude these contracts in the case of Algeria, which follows the traditional public procurement.

the study concluded that the failure to adopt the stages of public private partnership projects constituted a major obstacle in adopting these contracts, due to the ence and incompatibility of some distinct and important stages, which is evident through the short contracting period in some projects and the few public private partnership projects in providing public services.
