Abstract EN

The study aims at defining the reality of tourism industry in Tunisia, and the factors Of its success, by addressing the subject of tourism and hotel training, and the rehabilitation program of hotel institutions.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers have developed a methodological framework based on descriptive approach in its analytical part- and case study; and on the other hand, on the official documents as a main tool for collecting data and information.

The study has concluded that the investing in training and the rehabilitation programs of hotel institutions is the challenge of the tunisian government to develop the tourism sector.
