This research paper highlights the relationship between training and worker performance in the economic establishment, starting from the possibility of improving the performance of workers using the most important activities that go into installing the training process as a strategic approach in the economic institution, by focusing on the dimension related to the use of modern technologies in training, The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between training (the use of modern technologies in training) and the performance of workers, and a simple explanatory model has been built to explain the results of the study on the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable.

And it turns out that training is the main pillar on which Algerian institutions must increase attention, in order to produce new talents and mobilize them within the framework of the exchange between the institution and individuals.
