This study deals with a contemporary national and international topic, which aims to shed light on the dimensions of the economic situation and the social pattern of each country in the field of the labour market.

In this light, all the countries in the world have tried as much as possible to protect the national economy from a crisis and have decided new mechanisms to ensure the continuity of contractual relations between workers, employers and institutions It is concluded that the spread of the Coronavirus has resulted in the growth of remote work in general, and e-commerce in particular, a new and different typical method adopted in the labour market; So everyone has resorted to the use of electronic services and new tools that allow them to adapt to the exceptional circumstances that has been currently prevailed.

Therefore, the biggest beneficiaries of this pandemic are the technology and internet sector companies and not to forget to mention the emergence of a real revolution of teleworking
