The attempt to integrate basic labour standards in the context of the liberalization of world trade is one of the topics that has been and continues to be controversial within the scope of the WORK of the World Trade Organization, if the developed countries consider that the non-compliance of developing countries in applying these standards, gives them an unreal competitive advantage, and violates the rules of fair trade competition, developing countries believe that the efforts to integrate those standards, the purpose of which is to create a new protectionist method, and therefore this study aims to try to determine the reality of the social dimension relationship with the liberalization of global trade and explain its applications The study conuded that this topic finds its applications outside the framework of the World Trade Organization, but at the level of the latter it calls for attention to the beginning of solving the problems of development, as well as engaging the ILO and activating its role in this field.
