مراعاة للطبيعة القانونية لهيئات الضمان الاجتماعي لكونها هيئات تخضع للتشريع التجاري في علاقتها مع الغير أجاز المشرع لها اللجوء إلى مصالح الضرائب قصد تحصيل اشتراكاتها عندما تمتنع المؤسسات المستخدمة عن تقديمها في مواعيد استحقاقها و هو ما تضمنته المواد من 47 إلى 50 من القانون رقم 08-08 المتعلق بمنازعات الضمان الاجتماعي
Abstract EN
Taking into account the legal nature of social security agencies as bodies subject to commercial legislation in their relationship with third parties, the legislator authorized them to resort to tax authorities in order to collect their contributions when the institutions used refrain from submitting them at the due dates, which is included in articles 47 to 50 of Law No.
08-08 concerning social security disputes.
