The corona virus crisis imposed an exceptional situation in the field of labour relations, that was a direct consequence of adequate protective measures had been taken in this situation, these protective measures are a force majeure that affects the stability of these relationships.

The public authorities exercised their exceptional powers and imposed a set of measures were aimed at running the labour relation in this situation, it also aims to protect the worker and preserving his rights.

We therefore question about the effectiveness of such proceeding, and; how did the effects of this crisis reflect on the working relationship.
