أدى الانتشار المتسارع لجائحة كورونا المستجد إلى الإضرار بقطاع العمل بصفة عامة و بصفة خاصة انعكس هذا الأمر على العامل من خلال تعرضه لمجموعة من الضغوط النفسية التي يمكن أن تتحول إلى اضطرابات نفسية خطيرة تؤثر على الصحة النفسية للعامل و بالتالي التأثير على بيئة العمل خصوصا في الدول النامية مثل الجزائر وفي ظل إهمال الرعاية النفسية للعامل ما وجب التأكيد عليها في ظل القوانين المتعلقة بالعمل
Abstract EN
The fast spread of COVID-19 pandemic has affected the labour sector in general and in particular has been reflected in the worker through a range of psychological pressures that can turn into dangerous psychological disorders affecting the psychological health of the worker so, the Working environment will be touch negatively, especially in developing countries like Algeria, and under the neglect of the psychological care of the factor, which must be confirmed in labour laws.
