Algeria as any other country in the world was influenced by the pandemic of "covid19" which affected thousands of people killing hundreds of others, and that's what pushed high authorities in the state to take a bundle of measures among which were to close airports and ports as well as borders and stopped all trade trips, isolating affected people and imposing a strict full or half home confinement according to what experts see appropriate to each Wilaya, and prohibiting means of transport giving a special paid vacation for workers.

This exceptional vacation which was given to workers raised many judiciary questions over the major rights that the worker or civil servant possess in this situation, and the other side to what extent the medical confinement may have influence on the judicial deadlines and appointments and the problematic of dropping the workers rights for workers and civil servants which are in conflict.
