Through this research paper, the applications of criminal conciliation in the field of labor crimes and social security are discussed, to know the position of the Algerian legislator regarding the activation of criminal conciliation in this field, as it is one of the most important alternatives to a public lawsuit, as criminal conciliation has achieved important results in achieving the principles of restorative criminal justice, Which seeks to activate the role of the parties in limiting the criminal conflict, as the practical reality has proven that the adaptation of the policy of criminalization and punishment has resulted in many defects, including punitive inflation as a result of the increase in the number of criminal cases in the courts, and the length of adjudication procedures.
