The current study aims at specifying the role of the small loans as a mechanism to provide job opportunities.

It also tends to finance different individual and collective projects for many social groups that don’t have monthly income or have low and an instable one.

Therefore, in order to reach success for these small loans and achieve some remarkable results in society, the Algerian legislator is authorized to run these loans for the national agency responsible for running the small loan.

This agency has put two main formulas for loaning, one is buying raw materials and the second is having the gear.
