Right to work is considered as one of the rights that make human entity, If the refugee relies on himself in earning his living, he will free himself from any humanitarian help to build himself.

Applying this right within the framework of national laws and government practices remain very limited in most countries which host large refugee populations.

Evidence from the few countries that allow refugees legal access to employment.

Allowing refugees to be employed is advantageous for the countries that host them.

These benefits are positive for host countries.

In Algeria a refugee can only submit to the provisions governing entry and residence of foreigners, Algerian legislator didn't make independent law concerning them.
