Abstract EN

This study examines the legal framework regulating the right to social security of the artist in Algerian law, through the analysis of legal texts.

The study was keen on highlighting and defining the character of the artist, first, then establishing the law for the right to social security for this category.

We extracted the end of the margin of preservation of the social dimension of the Algerian state, with the noted interest in the category of artists as creative capabilities that push societies forward, in light of the emergence of the features of the liberal system through the liberalization of investment and trade.
