Abstract EN

Collective labor agreements are concluded for a fixed or indefinite period.

Usually, the prerogatives of the first one expire by the time it ends, whereas the second one stops when one of the parties abrogates it.

Parties may also modify and revise some of its provisions because of the economic, social and even political condition changes.

Which make the implementation of its original provision cumbersome to one of the parties or both of them.

For this reason, the researcher tried to highlight on the concept of both the revision and the abrogation of the collective labor agreements and its procedures and effects by conducting a comparative study between the Algerian legislation and other legislation to identify some of the problems posed by these issues in terms of legal and practical matter.
