This paper aims to clarify how the indemnity for permanent incapacity resulting from work accidents is calculated as a per-determined juridical indemnity, with an explanation of the elements required by the applicable law as data before starting to calculate the amount of rent or representative capital of any victim provided that the Social Security Authority to pay these dues.
