Abstract EN

Labour disputes of both individual and collective types are considered to be among the most complex conflicts to solve because of the differing views of the parties involved, which entitles the judge to an active role in achieving the temporary stability of the situation and maintaining social peace.

Due to the specifity of these disputes the legislator intervenes to tackle them following urgent procedures and measures; which are proportional to the nature of the professional relationship and the conflicts generated by it in order to preserve the rights of the parties from the risk of fading and to ensure the stability of the relationship even if temporarily, until a final judgement is issued on the subject.

In this context; the study aims to highlight the scope of areas of the social judge with orders covered by accelereted acces.
