The environmental element enforce itself as one of the most important strategic options for economic institutions, no longer raising the profitability of the institutionand achieve efficient economic and competitive market efficiency, but this made the integration of the environment very important for the protection of the working environment.

This study aims to shed light on the determinants of the institution's behavior towards the environment by addressing government pressures and the impact of parties with economic interests and opportunities and ethics of managers, it also aims to study the tools to achieve environmental protection in the economic institutions operating through the activation of environmental management system and environmental taxes.
