The issue of the protection of working women is a universal idea that all countries seek to achieve because of its stability in its various dimensions, especially its social dimension.

Thiès is in view of what this legal protection can achieve from social equality, eliminating all forms of discrimination within society in general and in the professional sphere especially.

In this study, we focused on the national and international legal protection of the situation of working women in the situation of motherhood, thus trying to determine the effectiveness of these legal texts in this area.
