According to Article 2 of Executive Decree No.

94-09, the provisions of this scheme are applicable to employees in economic sector who involuntarily lose their job, for economic basis as part of a drawdown plan or a cessation of activity of the employer.

To this end, these provisions have introduced an unemployment insurance scheme for the benefit of employees against the risk of involuntary loss of employment for economic basis.

The issue that arises around these provisions, is to determine the nature of protection reserved for employees who are beneficiaries of unemployment insurance, as well as the nature of obstacles preventing their protection against the risk of job loss? This will led us to examine carefully the effectiveness of this legal system and to assess also opportunities of success on the socio-economic level.
