Sports Is no longer hoppy, with the beginning of professionalism in algeria, and turned the sport club into a commercial company, there are many sports contracts, sach as a profissional player contract and coach contract, the problems posed by sports contract are many varied especially in the pré-contract-stage, as well as for young athletesin trauning schools.

The origin of the athlete as a worker of club which is user or employer is that he subjected to the same obligations as the rest of the workers, in addition to other obligation imposed by the sportingcharacter on the workaswell as his commitment to perform sports work and to take care of it and evrthing requireswerk, it also complies withother obligations related mainly to his sports activitis.
