Child labour respresents a serious danger for children's rights in education.

In this respect, the Algerian legislators have not overlooked this issue and decided that the suitable age to embark in labour should be 16 years old or more.

Moreover, the Algerian legislators put in action Act 11-90, which is about labour relations.

In this case, minors have the right to a job when they have an internship in which they acquire theoretical and practical skills in a given field.

This fact is considered by Article 15 of the same Act, which states that it is the only exception for the minimum age of work.
