The process of integrating handicapped children in society is difficult and needs the efforts of many etablishments; beside that, the social security provides the health care to improve an idea says: « curing handicapped children is the first and important step; it takes the priority cause of thier physical condition needs it to integrate them; after that, the charge of eductation and employment will be more easy to make them a productive people.
